Improper service of local deale

Dear sir,

we have cooking gas connection from indane sales and service agent M/S Rourkela kitchen aids, shop no. A/9, Nirmala Market, Power house Road, Rourkela - 769001, phn.no.0661-2511999 and 2512966.

The problem we faced is my burner was having leakge problem and the flame was blowing off, we lodged a service request to the above dealer of INDANE, but even after 15 times follow up for 15 days - they have not attended the problem - we have suffered for non-cooking of food and safety due to gas leakage.

M/S Indane gas company or their authorised service dealer - should have responsible for any type of accident???

we request Indane gas comapny to improve their service and should take action against such irresposible dealers.
