Nonattending of phone, delay of delivering gas

I am a customar of gas agency name "Govardhan gas agency, 58-3-14 Ramunaidu colony, Merripalem, Visakhapatnam-18, AP Ph-0891255855, 2558139 My Consumer No 20838, I booked gas on 6/3/10, but when Gas came to my house on 22/3/10, noboby was in home except my son (age 14 years) as such he could not pay the money, as a result delivery man returned, thereafter I used to call daily at least 50 times then also nobody picked up phone, the above mention address is just 1 KM away from house, The people of that shop never picks up ph, I surprised why ph is kept, I booked my gas throgh ph no 1260 plase look into the matter and dustric against the dealer, also deliver the gas as early as possible
