Non delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked gas cylinder with Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi through tomogas booking system on 09 July. My consumer no. is 15007. Even today, gas cylinder has not been delivered to me. During this period, i have called Arjun Enterprises (26108954) two times reminding them of my booking, whereby they promised that the cylinder will be delivered within the day itself. Even after 24 days after booking, they have not fulfilled it. I called them again today at around 11 in the morning. To my surprise they told me that i didnt make any booking with them.

This is not the first time i am facing such a situation. i can recall that in the last delivery too, i received the cylinder only after nearly 20 days after booking, that too after repeated reminders to them through their no. 26108954.

I kindly request you to look into the matter.
