Delayed supply and overcharging

My Indane Gas connection No is 11464 with MJV Indane Gas Agency, Industrial Estate, Ambattur. Delayed supply of refill is a regular practice and this time refill booked after the mandatory period of 21 days on 21 Jul has been deleivered on 04 Aug whereas the bill for the same was issued on 31 Jul.

Secondly, the delivery man demands Rs. 365.00 per cylinder whereas the bill is for Rs 352.35. The delivery man being the rep of the Agency, the agency has to strictly advise him to collect only the amount given in the bill from the customer.

It is requested to take action accordingly and advise the MJV Gas Agency for strict compliance.
