My consumer no. is TG 1798, My distributor is Gas & Gadgets, Manton Super Market, Shop no.34, Kolkata- 34. The delivery man Swapan Ghosh (there was no name tag, I am stating as said by him, rest can be confirmed from the delivery date and consumer no.) firstly kept on ringing the bell at 3.30p.m. for several times and then asked for extra money over and above the billed amount of Rs.365.10, when asked to bring his weighing machine for measuring the quantity of gas he declined stating that all weighing scales of Gas & Gadgets are broken. We had to accept the gas as we didn't have any spare gas left with us. You are requested to take action and let me know by return mail, which kindly do.
