Misbehavior of staff

Sir,

I have booked a gas connection one month back at indane booking centre angamally.i received a letter that my connection was due, as i went to collect it, i was told that i had to buy a gas stove, which i already possess.

The attiude towards the customers is disgusting, i would like to bring it to your notice. Is it necessary that i should also buy the gas stove if i have one.
