Delay in delivery of refill gas cylinde

I am consumer of Kasna Indane Gas Service, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP. My consumer no is 018852. The refill was booked vide IVR on 21/7, serial no 02, but it is now more than one month (23/08), that gas is yet to be delivered.
