Delay in delivery of cylinder refill

Dear Sir,

Sub: Gas no.09952.Delay in refill delivery from distribution center SHARMA GAS AGENCY, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-10059

With due respect I want to register a complaint against the Sharma gas agency, UTTAM NAGAR, responsible for Indane gas delivery. I want to state that we have booked the refill on 22 aug but the refill has not yet been delivered. We have registered the complaint against the distribution center at the Idane gas helpline number 18002333555, but action has yet been taken. Our complaint number is 172502 dated 29 aug. We are managing meals from outside from past 10 days.

I request you to please kindly take the necessary action as soon.
