Indane gas cylinder
No delivery of gas cylinde

I am an indane gas consumer no : 68975. I made an online booking on 7.7. and have not received the delivery till now. I made the booking by online on mobile and received the booking confirmation number 2138339 as well as the message that the cash memo 6697 has been generated. But till now (23/7), apprx 16 days I have not received the cylinder.

I tried to make online complaint, on the number provided18002333555 many times, but it was not available.

After much trying when they finally picked up the phone, they said that the compaint site itself is not working, please call after sometime and again after sometime the number is not reachable. This is really disgusting.

This has not happened for the first time. Earlier at least they took the complaint and deliver the cylinder, but this time they are not bothered to take the complain also.
