Indane gas cylinder

My Indane Gas connection number is 13333 and the agency is Ganesh Gas, Morar, Gwalior. I booked a cylinder on 07.07.2010 and was told that it will take 15 days to deliver. I phoned on 21.07.2010 and was told that the cylinder will be delivered that very day or on 22.07.2010. I called today on 23.07.2010 and have been told that the cylinder will reach in a day or two.

This is not the first time I'm facing this problem, earlier also my cylinder was not delivered for almost a month and when I sent them a notice, it was found that my cylinder was delivered to someone else. The agency is selling booked cylinders in black, for Rs. 550.00. I myself had to buy once from them because they blocked my cylinder delivery. They also do not accept bookings before 21 days from date of delivery. As a result, I get one cylinder in 1-1/2 months or two months and have to buy from the delivery van in black.

Pl have my cylinder delivered pronto.
