Indane gas cylinder

My Indane Gas connection number is 1704 and the agency is Ganesh Gas, Morar, Gwalior. I booked a cylinder around 10 days ago and have not received the delivery till today 23.07.2010. The agency always delivers cylinders very late and we are forced to buy from the delivery van or from the godown for Rs. 550.00 per cylinder.
