Non delivery as well as No Proper Reply

We had booked our Gas Refill with Indane Distributor M/s Pattamal gas agency (Consumer No.56011 S. Latha, in my wife's name) on 31/12 and were told that in max 15 days delivery will be done. But the Booking is shown in Computer as done on 2nd January??? HOW??

Again we went on 20/1 as Delivery was not made. we were told that in 24 Hours supply will be done.

Again when I went today 25/1 they say it will take 2/3 days. whats happening.

i gathered information that they have delivered for people who had booked on 5/1 and mine is an Old Booking But no One to Listen. Finally I asked for seeing the manager, but no one responsible in office so I asked for Complaint Book and in Page No.38 i Registered My Complaint and came away.
