Release of TV to some other Consume

1. I am serving in the army and moved on transfer from Wellington, Tamil Nadu to NOIDA. I got my gas connection also transferred and my TV number is 21357700002738, my consumer number is 13901.

2. However, when I went to apply for a connection in NOIDA I was told that my TV had already been released to another person in Meerut whose consumer number was 14190.

3. You are requested to advice further action.
