Indane-Kasna gas service
Non-delivery of Cylinder at time

My consumer number is 12249.I booked the cylinder on 30th October on Mobile number 9999243286 of Kasna Indane gas service Greater noida.

They promised me to deliver in 2 days (31st October or 1st November) but did not turn up.

On 7th November I followed up with them and they told me that they will be delivering it by evening 5.00 PM.I kept on waiting and called up 5-6 times for the same and even sent one sms, but it was not delivered.

On 8th November (Sunday) I called up and they told me that cylinder has been returned because no boday was at home-A white lie. I confronted with him saying that I was at home, they told me that they will be sending it right now.

I am really flustered. I have called up 12-15 times for the same. The phone remains busy and even they disconnect the calls abruptly.

Even logged a complaint on core.nic.in 20 days back but no response so far.

They delivered it after 15 days.
