Delay in delivery

My ailing mother is being put through lot of hardship by the Indane dealer at Parakode (Poornima gas agency, Parakode.)The refill was booked on 21/Nov, till date she has not received it. Inspite of her health, she has been to Poornima gas agency several times and was assured it will be delivered next day. On each of those instances my mother has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road, only to see the truck drive pass without stopping. They do not answer the phone & very arrogant in person. They are selling the cylinders in the black market while leaving the genuine customers in trouble. We hope necessary action will be taken on this issue.
