Non Delievery of Gas cylinde

Dear Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 9th June on centralised gas booking no. but it has not delivered at my home, after that i had made complaint three times with distributer M/s Shyam Sunder Gas in Janakpuri, New Delhi but i have not recieved cyliender and they asked me to rebook it on centralised no. which i did on 14th july but still i have not recived the cyliender. My consumer no. is 31030, please help me in geting my cylinde
