Transfering of gas from one locality to new locality within city

I has got a gas connection and wanted to get the gas connection transfered to new residence. The gas supplying agency Hari Om Gas Agency Usha colony Malviyanagar says I can not get it transfered and need to surrender as my husband has got another one. We have two establishment and need the connection at both places. On further enquiry with the agency Manager I was told that as per the company/court order we can have one connection. i requested to Manager to show us the order or dirctive issued by Indian Oil or court. He did not show us any order or directive.

I am being harrased and no gas supply is given to me. I and my husband are senior citizen. My husband retired from ONGC as GM. I do not know what I should do. I shall appreciate if you could please send me order or directive issued in this regard by the company if any
