Harrashment for purcahsing things with cooking gas

Dear Sir,

we are counsumer and use cooking gas for our daily for cooking food.

but now when i try to buy cooking gas from our authoreised dealers then he pushed to buy something from their side like lighter, gas pipe, apron etc. if any one distract or ssay no then he is too rude and say the gas is over come next day. many people shut their mouths due to that if they say no then what happen no one say, so please help me to get out of rid these types of situations.

we live in uttranchal in kotdwara.
