Non replacement of centre locking

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that i have purchased a Tata Safari car One year ago from Telmos auto mobile (hissar, haryana). Now this car is under warranty but centre locking is not working. I have complainted it to the above said dealship, but they are not repairing or replacing it. I have told to them it one month ago but they are giving me axcuses that it is not in the stock and it will come in one or two days.

now this is my request to you kindly take some sufficient steps for it.
