Non delivery of Speed Post

I sent a SP lr to ND but the lr has not reached its destination. Complaints to the PO are useless. Suddenly I find that they have removed my SP # from their tracking details. What do I presume... delivered/lost.

I lodged a complaint but that does not show any reaction even after 3 msgs on the site. The letter posted on 29/12/09 at Mumbai to ND is still on its way/lost??? It was an important letter and it is costly to get fresh dates as my certificate stands expired.

Our Depts are least concerned abt the common man's problems.

Why cant they take email msg, phone/SMS msgs, take cheques instead of DD... as DD costs Rs 30 at SBI even for below Rs100..

And why cant interact with the concerned individual. Now what will I do???

Govt Depts really work only at their pleasure. There is no authority to whom complaints can be lodged and no authority which disciplines staff.
