Indiatimes - 100 Pcs Toolkit with Powerful Drill Machine Set
Product received in Damage condition

My Order Number is 3000001423.

I placed order for 100 Pcs Toolkit with Powerful Drill Machine Set on 19th Nov'2011 and paid Rs. 1799. Indiatimes promised me to deliver order in 10 days time, but after 10/12 followups I received my order on 5th Dec' the order was in damaged condition and some parts (out of 100) found missing. I logged compliant on same day using helpline number, the customer care officer told me that I will get one kit and Indiatimes will pickup damage product in 24/48 hours times.

When no one turned up after 48 hours I called them again, and again he promised me that some one will pick up the order by 2/3 days time. I was continuassly following up customer service by sending mail and/or calling them up and I always use to get same reply that "Some one will pick up damage order in 2/3 days time".

Now it is almost 2 months and 7 days and I have not received my order in good conditions and no one turned up and picked up damage order from me.

Who can help me to resolve this issue. Please Advice.
