No istallation even after 13 months of registration

Dear sir/madam

i have applied for two png connections on 2nd may The registration no. are as follows 647888 and 647889.I have also deposited amounts of rs 6000 for each connection. I have made several complaints on igl helpline but they always ask for a little more time.but 13 months has been passed by and still nothing has happened.

Please look into the matter and seek for a resolution soon
