illegal construction has been started on the 4th floor of plot no wz 20 guru nanak nagar st no. 10 tilak nagar new delhi 18 plot is of 100yd and also they were not constructing a parking for the vehicles. and these construction is going on the above 2nd floor which is 10 yrs old construction with the same base.
