Ooked a flat in Paras Seasons noida Expressway Sector 268

I would like to informed you that i had purchased a flat in Nov through Invester Clinic manager named BRIJRAJ SONI@9999652659 and he had promised to me for giving thr discoun t of Rs 15000 and one 42'' LG Plasma TV on purchasing the flat through him. but even yet i have not received the LG Plasma TV after many follow ups. he never picked my phone and now i am totally frustated and need your help.

I have in written on Booking Application Form given by him. i can provide that written note if required.

please help me.
