Non delivery of refill cylinde

Dear Sir,

Once again i have to approach you for the irregularty in supply of Indane Gas Cylinder Refills.

I has booked my domestic gas refill at Tej Enterprises, Jaipur via gas booking number 9785224365, the refill was booked on 19th March with alloated booking no.207645. It is almost a month that they have NOT delivered me refill cylinder.

On enquiring again on above mobile booking number, instead of informing me that STATUS of my above earlier booking of dated 19.03.12, the mobile SYSTEM once again booked my request for refill dated 12.04.12 with booking number 215077.

Now can they explain what is this???

Kindly intervene and sort the matter immediately.
