Booked Gas Syllander not received after booking of syllande

Dear Sir,

I am very frustated with the service of Gas booking in delhi, when we dial the agency number they did not pick the phone for booking and when we book the syllander through internet or phone booking service which is computerzied but after the booking Gas syllander is not received and when we call the toll free complaint no. 1800-2333-555, the phone no. is also not responding in a proper manner like after a long wait phone disconnects automatically.
