NON Supply of Gas on time

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sreeraman Namboothiri, am a user of IOC gas at Navi mumbai. Booked cylinder on 21/05. Daily contacting Gas Agency for the same. The reply is "The same is on the way" Due to high pressure in office I am unable to visit the agency. I hope others also may have lot of complaints, but for me My complaint is very serious.

I fed up with the very casual approach towards customers from the agency.
