Faulty/leaking LPG cylinde

Sir/madam... I brought a new refilled cylinder from the

PRAKASH GAS AGENCY AT AMETHI (INDANE GAS AGENCY) on 18-

05... after putting on the regulator as i lit the stove it

caught fire at the regulator then i quickly switch off the stove and

tried to put out the fire of the cylinder bur it kept spreading so we

ran out of the house and tried to put out the fire meanwhile called the

fire brigade stationed at Amethi... they reach at the fire site after

20-25 minutes and put out the fire.By then the whole of the kichen and

things/ appliances therein were destroyed beyond

recognition... Washing machine, Kent water purifier,

crompton greaves geyser, crompton g mixer grinder-juicer, heat

convector, other kitchen appliances and cookware... we

could save our lives by timely running out of the house otherwise i

shudder to imagine what could happen due to this negligence. hoping for

suitable action at the earliest... thanking you
