The Vipul Business Park in Sector 48, Gurgaon was launched in 2007 and was to be completed in 2 yrs.

So far this project has not even reached the basement parking level. No buyers/sellers agreement has been issued and signed so far and absolutely no feedback has been provided from the company on its expected time for completion. Their customer service is very poor and do not reveal any information about their project.

At first I was allotted an apartment on the 2nd floor but due to the restructuring of their plans have now been reallocated on the upper floors.

They are cheating their customers and should be penalised for such delayed work.
