Flush VALVE

I have purchased jaguar bathroom fittings for my entire house 10 months back. The flush valves became jammed amnd I registered a complaint through the voice recording. When I called after 48 hrs I was told the complaint was not registered. Again Igot the complaint registered manually. When I called the customer service aftr 24 hrs she gave ma a tel No of a plumber. When I contacted him he told me that he is not covering my area and gave me another tel No. When I contacted te No. hre informd that he would try to come. Even after 4 days the complaint is still not attended. When you have a centralised complaint centre is it the responsibility of the customer to chase your plumbers. My experiance is that your after sales service is very poor and need to improve a lot. Next time when i require a bathroom fitting I will have to think twice before opting for Jaguar.
