Not Receiving Refilled Gas Cylinder on Time

I have registered for refiling of gas cylinder on 19th of February. They replied you will get the refilled cylinder in 6 to 7 days. But till date not recieved then called to office they said you will get today and given delivery boy's number. When called to that guy replied my area is not covered by him and he had given me another number. I called on that number that guy replied he is on leave. Please take necessory action against them.
