NEW CONNECTION IN MAY BUT NO BILL RECEIVED TILL DATE

Kind Attention: Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Harmu, Ranchi.

This is to bring in your notice that the Electricity Connection is provided on 16.5.2011 but no bill is received till date, although I have approached the Electricity board, Harmu in the month of March'12 regarding the non receipt of electricity bill till date but the engineer has simply enquired from the assistant and confirmed that the consumer number is not provided due to which the bill is not taken into consideration.

Henceforth the assistant has provided the new consumer number HE6327 and Book No HE 05A and assured that the bill will be processed in the month of April'12, but still it is not provided inspite of repetative discussion with their official.

Hence you are requested to help to resolve this issue on priority.
