False billing

Dear Sir,

I Diana Stella Marandi, had already paid the bill of the months from April to August, Bill date was 13/8. I paid it lately by 18/8.Total amount including all pending months was 226/- and I paid 220/-.

But this time I received the bill which shows that it has not being paid since last five months. As it is a wrong bill.

Kindly issue me the correct bill, or mail me any solution for above stated problem on diana.stella25@gmail.com. The details are as below,
