Leak and old &damaged cylinde

I had complained a couple of days back also and it seems no real interest is taken and action also is not taken. I had been supllied a poor condition gas cylinder and also dated back as C 07that means the cylinder is 3rd quater of year 2007.As per the instructions given for the consumers through papers and Medias that this cannot be used. Adding to the above problem the cylinder is damaged so much that i had called the concerned supplier and informed him to replace the cylinder and in turn they sent a mechanic and said that this is only supplied by IOC and everything is O.K.But i suspect that there is a leak and sometimes i am getting the gas smell. The supllier is " Ranee Enterprises, 44 Perumal Nagar, 2nd Street, Madipakkam, Nanganallur-600061.Phone Number is 22241826, 22240951.The consumer number is 40254 in the name of prabaRagunathan.

Am i sending this complaint to get solved or is it only for the sake of gathering information andshow to the medias? Since my complaint on 23rd March has not resuted in any action fro your end.
