No one answers the call or it is always busy

Shilpa here.

We take the gas cyclinders, Indane from our distributors in BTM lay out bangalore 76 named J N enterprises, It is a big pain evey time we want to book a gas cylinder, we need to call more than 10-15 days, then if there is a gods grace some one picks a call or it is always engaged, we cannot struggle so much each time, it has happened evry time we book a cylinder, & last month i tried booking as the gas was abt to get over, but no one answered at all, the gas got over & i still continued to call but no one answered, & we faced lot of diff, If we shout if some one picks then they are so rude that the say look for diff distributor or go to hell & they bang the phone .please help to solve this issue . else help to allocate multiple distributors in BTM .
