Kamala group
Delay in getting possesion

Dear all,

I have purchased flat from kamala group (Kamala Mills) in Novembur 2009 but yet to receive possesion of said flat. Builder commited he will give us possesion in 4months and collected entire money from us. He tortured us for payments and when we made entire payments including socieety charges he is not ready to handover our said flat. Kindly help me as it is very difficult for me to pay my EMI as well as rent. Builder is fraud and just giving us dates from one and half years.
