Very poor sevice

I wanted to book gas cylinder vide consumer no. 63-8606, I am trying their phone no.27470952 & 27471374 since last 20 days, no body is ever attending to the phone calls, either the phone is busy or there is no response even if bell is there.

finally I booked my gas on aotomatic gas booking service on 13/3, till now no delivery. Can u really help.
