Pathetic services and misbehaviour from staff to customers

What bad behaviour from the staff of Kankaria Gas agency. First time i visited this office i saw few people quarelling with these pack of women. I wondered why was it required. Totally empathise with those people now. Had called them before going there office. Despite of asking them they dint care to give me the info of what all documents i need to submit. Had specially taken a half day from office to do this work but in vain. Next time again i went with all documents but these women make there own rule.

The lunch time break ends at 2.30 pm. I enter the office at 3 pm and the woman tries to shoo me out of the office as though i'm doing something wrong. Yet i kept my cool.

I need a cylinder refill once in 6 months and yet they give me all set of rules. And i'm still ok with the rules. But look at the way these women talk. Despite of giving them all respect. Horrible and disgusting. I dont know who the hell has hired these women. Are they trained to be like this by this Kankaria guy. Or are not habituated of getting respect that they aren't able to digest good behaviour. Crap!!!

I had similar option with Jay agncies of Chandan Nagar. The staff there is so cooperative. I easily got a refill on urgent basis cause i took one in 6 months. Just learn from them Kankari... Are these women uneducated or what. Terrible experience. Dont what the agency educates them about customer care. Had there been a choice i would have never opted for this agency at all
