Unable to book gas cylinde

Every month we are reqesting to refill empty lpg gas cylinder. From last few months they started booking of gas cylinder on mobile. Mobile no is 9223101260. I booked my cylinder on 20th jan which was delivered

to me on 24 th ja.n. After 10 days when i tried to book cylinder i am getting info. of cylinder which was booked

on 20 th jan due to which i am unable to book gas cylinder.

I talked to dealer and as per him i will be able to book after 20 days from receipt of cylinder.

As per my knowledge this rule is applicable for delivery of cylinder and not for booking gas culinder

As per rule ioc must deliver gas cunlider within 48 hrs from booking. But they nver deliver it on time.

Sometime they need more than 12 days to deliver cylinder.
