Servise not done after AMC

I have given AMC for my kent water ro on 2.11.10. they have charged Rs.4000, it is about 30% of the product, normely amc is about 10% of the product. after that they have not done periodical service and not attending complaints. i want back my money. my contact no.9336670296.
