AFTER SALES SERVICE IS "ZERO"

I have purchase Kent Grand Mineral RO from Global Enterprises vide Invoice No 3083 dated 10/03. Inspite of regular reminder the Dealer is not responding and asking to change the parts on payments basis, whereas as per Instruction hand book the matchin is under warranty till one year. While discussion with Dealer's staff we understand that the said model is totally failure model and dealer is not able to entertain. In case if the company doesnot revert me in the next 3 days I will lodeg my complain to Consumer forum.
