(i) A Kent RO was purchased vide invoice no. 0001 dated 02.04.2010 from authorised dealer of Kent at 1-Basement, Ellora complex, Near Hanuman Mandir, Khandari Agra 282002

While selling the product they had promised us to provide after sales service on every 3months, same has not been provided

while selling the product they had promised us to provide rebook coupon worth of Rs.3600/-, same is stll awaited

while selling the product they had promised us to provide a tap with propoer outlet but the same has not been provided

in this connection many mails have been sent to the company concerned but nothing has happened so fa
