Hawker misbehaviour and not ready to do home delivery

Dear sir,

I m resident of S-3/Shanti appartment, Nandpuri, Jwalapur, Haridwar . and customer of bharat gas since last 5 years in haridwar .there is a problem of major misbehave by one of hawker of Pushpak gas service, haridwar .that hawker is comming for home delivery always to our home by Auto .he has strightawy denied to door delivery as we are on 2nd floor of building and suggested us to switchover to Indane gas.he has misbehaved rudly with my wife for same and demanding extra money for door delivery.there was a conversation of about 8-10 minutes beween that hawker and my wife.

kindly suggest us what to do.
