The services of 'Kwik Gas Agency, Paschim Vihar' are very poor. Also their staff is very ill mannered. Phone calls are attended according to their wishes. Niether they pick the calls, nor they attend the Bookings properly. They never give the request nos to the customers. If they give the reference nos, they usually forward the requests to the next week time. When a customer make a query of his/her booking, they use third language and throw the receiver of phone. I experienced this personally many times. An enquiry should be made to make a check on the supply of properly filled cylinders on time.
