Worst Customer Service

LG is one of the worst brand that any body could think of buying. Because the after sales service is pathetic and this is not the right word to describe the quality of service and the SLA they maintain with the customer. We logged a complaint as our window AC was not functioning on the 26 May at 1.00 P.M. I have done a followup more 7 times. Today (31 May) only i have called the service center 5 times. Some of the Customer care executives to whom i spoke was

Shrinath
Prema
and a TL (not sure of his name)
Note: Not sure if the above names are the real names, more possibilities of being fake.
A service engineer visited my house on the 27th May and told that there is chip or a board problem and that it has to get replaced, he commited that it would get done within 2 days. 4 days have passed and no response. When enquired the customer car representative claims that there was no response from the customer, which is a blunt lie. i would want see the itemized bill of that service engineer to chk whether our contact nos were dialled.
Im taking this issue as a serious concern as it has involved both physically and mental stress to entire family. I would definetely take this case to the consumer court.
My strong recommandations to all is please do not buy any LG PRODUCT.
