REFUSAL OF TERMINAL PYMT

Respected sir/madam

i am lic agent. smit manchekar code 32-902. i want to complain for the terminal payment.

i have been empowered the premium terminal by lic. i always deposit my collection at br 927 bhandup. but today they refused to take my collection saying that i have not selected their br for collection. but as usual i have selected their br only for the collection kindly look into the matter on urgent basis as the time alloted to me is 48 hrs to deposit the collection
