Hi,

It has been years, I have been shopping with lifestyle but this time I am really disappointed with there behavior.

I am not at all feeling good to say that they lack badly in Customer Satisfaction or Customer delight.

Yesterday I happen to shop at Lifestyle – Home Centre – Great India Place (Store ID – 01481), Noida.

Details of the Item bought are as follows:

Item Desc / Barcode – 1000001170485, Corner Glass Shelf – Price: Rs 805

As soon as I reached home, I checked the bought thing and shelf looked good but I was really disappointed to see that the sales person had forgotten to add the clings and the bolts to be used to hang the shelf without which the shelf has no utility and cannot be used.

I was really disappointed and contacted the Home Centre people and again to my utter disappointment, they were not ready to entertain the request.

This is really bad on the part of such BIG Brand.
