Tired up replacing battery again and again

Sir, i have a complaint, i bought a local battery from a mobile repairing shop, near akshardham metro station, he gave me gurantee of 6 months on the local battery of sony ericsson worth Rs. 250. first day the battery didn't work, then on next day i went to return it, but they didn't returned and told that money is not refundable. he replaced the battery with another local battery, again the battery didn't worked properly, i again went to him and told him to refund money, but he told that he will arrange anothe battery till tomorrow. I have tired of replacing battery again and again, i was told at the time of buying it that it'll work properly and will give good battery backup. but my money went in vain, i could not go to shop daily for replacing the battery. gurantee doesn't mean to give bad product and replacing it daily. only you can help me. awaiting for reply
