Cancellation of Building Constrution Mid way

I have booked a flat in Casa bella gold magnifica B wing and after they recieve payment upto 3rd floor they say would not be able to construct the building due to contours of the land. Even the agreement is being made between me and them.

This is ridiculous as i have been waiting for the possesion for last 2 years. Now they have come to now that are unable to construct on that land. This is very frustating. Also they are giving me transfer option and they give me a letter on 23.05.12, dated 21.05.12 to reply upto 30.05.12. They have taken thier own gud time and they say that i should take decision in 7 days. whether transfer or cancelaltion.???
