No delivery

Dear sir

i booked a refill cylinder on 16-07, through ivrs and i received a message saying your cylinder will be delivered shortly . but till 27--7 no cylinder was delivered when i went to the distributor he replied me saying it takes time, it is 12 days since i booked and when i called the complaint cell they wont answer any calls.

distribution agency - sphurthi gas agency 1 - 8 - 140/2, near railway station, alwal

consumer number - 1913084.

refill booking number - 219977.

cash memo number - 9681.

please help
